Land of Israel Sculpture, Gold

This line offers a sculpture of a different kind: here the stone is the frame, and the map itself is a lattice in a gold finish. Courses of Western Wall stones spread along the outline of the land, a Star of David at their center, and light passes through the openings until the sculpture almost glows.

Two tones to choose from. Honey, a warm amber-toned stone on a square base, and cream, a light, soft stone on a rounded rock base. The gilded lattice is the same in both, and the stone gives each its own character.

At 20 cm tall it finds a place on a dresser, a bookshelf, or at the entrance to the home, catching the eye without taking over the room. An elegant gift for a holiday, a new home, or to mark an Israeli moment.

The stone is natural; tones and veining vary slightly from piece to piece.
