Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipping fees are uniform: 35 NIS for the entire country. For purchases over 350 NIS, shipping is free.
Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation, and once the order is on its way, an update will be sent with tracking details. For custom products, the production time indicated on the product page is added to the delivery time.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Transaction cancellation is possible within 14 days of receiving the product, by email to support@tshura.co.il or WhatsApp at 050-907-4148. A functioning product can be returned unused and in its original packaging. An order canceled before being shipped will be fully refunded, with no cancellation fee.
In case of a return due to a change of mind, the return shipping of the product is the customer's responsibility and at their expense, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. When a product arrives damaged or different from the order, the entire return cost is on us.
Check the shipment immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible, preferably attaching a picture of the product and packaging. The customer's choice: repair, replacement, or full refund, with no cancellation fee.
Custom and special order products, created specifically following the order, cannot be returned due to a change of mind. However, a defective product or one that differs from the order is eligible for repair, replacement, or a full refund.
Within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the purchase. In case of cancellation due to a change of mind, cancellation fees may be charged according to law, up to 5% of the product price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. The products and the stone
The stone is natural, and the shades and veins vary slightly from one item to another, and in candelabras sold in pairs, from pair to pair. This is the nature of real stone, and thus each item carries its own signature.
Stone cleaning is done gently: a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, without abrasive cleaning agents and without soaking in water.
Tshura's mezuzah cases range from 160 to 750 NIS, depending on size and model. A kosher scroll can be added here on the site: Handwritten mezuzah scroll by a scribe, Ashkenazi or Sephardi, kosher from the start or enhanced, between 130 and 700 NIS depending on the level and size.
No. The mezuzah cases are sold without the scroll, and the scroll is chosen separately according to the text and degree of embellishment. Kosher Mezuzah Scroll, Handwritten by a Sofer, with the consent and recommendation of the great rabbis, is available here on the website, and the selected size in the home is the appropriate parchment length: 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, or 30 cm.
