Tablets of the Covenant

The two tablets, the ten opening words: I am, You shall have no, You shall not take, Remember, Honor, and facing them the five "You shall not" of the duties between one person and another. The Ten Commandments as they were etched into memory, etched here in stone.

The stone is natural, in cream and brown tones with soft veining, the form the familiar shape of the tablets, and the engraving in deep black that brings out every letter. The tablets rest on a rectangular stone base and stand firmly with no hanging.

On a bookshelf, in a study, or at the entrance to the home. A gift with weight for a bar mitzvah, for a rabbi, for a teacher, and for any home that wants the foundation close at hand.
