What matters in a mezuzah is who wrote it and who checked it.
The lottery tickets are written in the name of God by qualified and God-fearing scribes, on kosher parchment, and undergo computer inspection and an additional review by a qualified proofreader. The entire offering is made with the consent and recommendation of the great rabbis of our generation.
