We started with a simple search that turned out to be difficult.
Tshura grew out of a search for Judaica that is beautiful, warm and finely made: the kind worth keeping at home, setting out on Shabbat, and giving to the people we love.
We looked for items that successfully combine beauty, meaning, and accessibility. Things that feel refined without being distant, festive without being heavy, and are suitable for Shabbat and holiday tables as well as for small moments at home.
The word Tshura Tshura means a gift. Not a gift in the plain sense, but something chosen on purpose, with the person who will receive it in mind. That is the idea behind every piece: that it be worthy of being given, and worthy of a place in the home.
We do not manufacture.
We curate.
Every item that comes as a gift undergoes screening. It needs to be truly beautiful, meticulously crafted, and hold a meaning that justifies its place in the home.
We work with creators and workshops we believe in, select them based on meticulous local craftsmanship, and stand behind everything we sell.
Tradition deserves a beautiful place in the home.
There are objects that aren't in the home just for beauty. A mezuzah on the doorframe, candlesticks lit before Shabbat, a menorah brought out each year. These are things that enter our lives through small, meaningful moments.
Therefore, we choose items that connect tradition, beauty, and simplicity. Those that feel natural in today's home, while still preserving the special feeling of the moment.
Because in the end, a good gift isn't just something beautiful. It's something that lasts.
Shopping for a gift is relaxed shopping.
