General<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Tshura website (hereinafter: \"the Website\"). Purchasing on the Website is a remote sale transaction, and the right of cancellation and return is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010 (hereinafter: \"the Law\" and \"the Regulations\").<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In any case of conflict between this policy and legal provisions, the legal provisions shall apply. If the website offers better cancellation terms than those stipulated by law, the better terms shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A purchase of a product from regular stock can be canceled within 14 days from the later of the following: the day you received the product, or the day you received the transaction details document. A cancellation notice can be delivered through one of the contact channels listed at the bottom of this page. To ensure prompt processing of your request, please include your name, order number, and product details in the notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancel before sending the order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you requested to cancel the order before it was shipped, we will cancel it and refund you the full amount paid, with no cancellation fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return of a functional product due to a change of mind<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Did you cancel a transaction after receiving the product for a reason other than a defect or mismatch? You can return the product subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The product was unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In case of cancellation due to change of mind, the return of the product to the business is the sole responsibility and expense of the customer. The customer is responsible for packaging the product and sending it back, and bears the full cost of return shipping, in accordance with regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Shipping fees paid for the original shipment are non-refundable for this type of cancellation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We are permitted to deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5 percent of the product price or \u20aa100, whichever is lower.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You can choose between a refund or a credit for purchase on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The refund or credit, for the price of the product minus the cancellation fee, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the purchase. Returning the product in good condition, unused, and in its original packaging is a condition for completing the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Product returns are coordinated with customer service, who will provide you with return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Product replacement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Interested in exchanging an item? You can exchange a product from regular stock within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used, damaged, and is kept in its original packaging. The exchange of the product and its return shipment are the customer's responsibility and at their expense, and we will coordinate with you the shipment of the replacement product. Any price difference, if applicable, will be charged or credited accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customized and special order products are non-refundable, as detailed in the section below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Custom products and special orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    A significant portion of our products are created especially for you: products with personal engraving, special dimensions, custom text or design, and any product marked on the website as a special order or customization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These products are goods manufactured specifically for the consumer following the transaction, and according to regulations, the right of cancellation does not apply to them due to a change of mind after their production has begun. In other words, an order for a custom product cannot be canceled and returned solely due to remorse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is clarified that even with a custom product, if it is received defective or not as ordered, you will be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund as detailed in the following section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Defective product or non-conformance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    It is recommended to check the contents of the shipment immediately upon receipt. Did you receive a damaged product, one that was damaged during transport, or one that does not match what you ordered? Contact us as soon as possible with documentation, preferably a photo of the product and packaging. In such a case:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • We will repair the product, replace it, or refund your full payment, at your discretion and in accordance with the law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No cancellation fees or processing fees will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The cost of returning the product to us will be on us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Populations eligible for extended cancellation period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      A customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen aged 65 or older, or a new immigrant, is entitled to cancel a remote sale transaction within four months from the date of the transaction, from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later. This is provided that the engagement included a conversation between the parties, including a conversation via electronic communication. We may request a certificate confirming eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Refund procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the transaction within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. In case of cancellation due to a change of mind, the refund will be less any legally permitted cancellation fees, if charged. If the payment method does not allow for a credit, a credit for purchases on the website will be provided instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
